Cancellation Policy

1. Before Work Begins:
   • Customers can request a cancellation immediately on placing an order, provided work has not started. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
2. After Work Has Started:
   • Cancellations are not allowed once the backlink creation process has begun, as the work involves manual effort and time.

Refund Policy

1. No Refund for Completed Work:
   • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided for completed orders.
2. Exceptional Cases:
   • Refunds will only be issued in cases of proven non-delivery or if the seller is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• No refunds will be given for results not meeting expectations (e.g., rankings or traffic), as these depend on factors beyond the seller’s control, like search engine algorithm updates.
• Payments for expedited delivery or add-ons (e.g., extra links, additional services) are non-refundable.
